Make your little team
Create focused helpers and decide how they work together.
Your space → Agents & identity → Your agents
Before you begin
A configured model and a clear purpose for each agent.
Create a helper
Open Your agents and create an agent. Give it a recognizable name and instructions describing the work it should handle.
Choose its capabilities
Configure the model, tools, knowledge collections and permissions it needs. Grant a working folder when the task requires it.
Arrange delegation
In Orchestrator, choose the allowed subagents and configure permissions and limits. Local workers still need compatible models and enough available memory.
Controls & reference
| Control or concept | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Instructions | Define the purpose, expected result and constraints. |
| Model | The model used by the helper; availability depends on its provider or local installation. |
| Abilities | Grant only the tools and reference collections needed. |
| Orchestrator | Routes work to the allowed helpers according to delegation settings. |
Try it with a small task
Create a “Document helper” whose first task is to summarize one supplied document without modifying it.
If it does not work
- Tools missing: inspect the agent’s abilities and tool mode.
- Delegation fails: check allowed targets, model readiness and resource limits.
Good to know
- Start with one agent and a small task before adding delegation.
- A remote or cloud destination has separate access requirements; adding an agent name does not grant access.
